The Company and its subsidiaries’ projects for the past three years include Portofino, Crosswinds, La Posada, Mosaic, Avant, Citta Italia, Maia Alta, Ponticelli, Tierra Nevada, Nova Romania, Cerritos, Pacific Residences, Trevi Towers, Savannah, Plantacion Meridienne, Solariega, Gran Europa, Azienda, and Wedgewood. Aside from these business units, VLL has another wholly-owned subsidiary, VLL International, Inc., incorporated in Cayman Island.
VLL is 66.57% owned by Fine Properties, Inc. (FPI) and its subsidiaries, 33.13% owned by PCD Nominee Corporation, and the rest by public. FPI is the ultimate Parent Company of VLL.
