Undervalued Dividend Stock

The following Dividend Stock Lists has been identified as UNDERVALUED STOCKS. Included in this list are those stocks that (a) Distributes dividends for 3 consecutive years, (b) having positive earnings for the previous financial year, and (c) whose current market price is below their Book Value as of posting.

    Can you please tell me why AR, LC, MARC and URC are not included in the list?

      Hi Gian, first of all welcome and thank you for stopping by!

      Note that the list includes only those Stock that (a)distributes dividends for 3 consecutive years, and (b)whose current market price is below their fair market value as of posting.

      AR, LC and MARC does not meet criteria (a) hence no further study done.
      URC is currently included in the list (Ranked #12 as of 6/19/2015)

  5. I think LPZ too. So all in all 6.

  6. But comparing the current price of these stocks with their book values, I think only five stocks can be qualified as undervalued: ANS, CPG, FPH, SHNG and FLI.

      First of all, thank you for sharing your time!

      Actually, there are more than 20 stocks in my list (as of May 13 closing) if you compare current price with their current Book Value. The Dividend Stocks listed above are identified as undervalued base on the average value I got on my valuation methods (with time horizon of five years).
